Attention GBN Students! The yearbook team wants to make sure that your correct name is in this year's yearbook. If you would like to use a preferred name different from your legal name, please complete the PowerSchool Preferred Name Form this week. To submit the form, log into your PowerSchool Student Portal, and click on "Forms" in the left-hand menu. Review and digitally sign the "Preferred First Name" form to update the name you would like printed in the yearbook.
Please know this form will also provide your preferred name to be used and seen by administrators, teachers, substitute teachers, and your parents/guardians related to all school communications. If you have already submitted the form this year and need to make a name change for the yearbook, please see your counselor.
Please submit the form by October 28 so the yearbook staff can finalize changes by October 29.
