District 28 Referendum Open Houses
|
On April 1, Northbrook District 28 will ask voters to consider a bond referendum that will fund comprehensive updates to all D28 schools. Our buildings are 60 to 75 years old and they are showing their age. D28’s building plan will update safety and security, make schools more accessible and ensure our classrooms are equipped to support today’s best practices in curriculum and instruction.
The district is hosting two community open houses where building plans will be on display and district staff will discuss the improvement projects and answer questions in a gallery walk format.
Join us at 2 p.m. on March 11 or 7 p.m. on March 15 at Northbrook United Methodist Church, 1190 Western Ave., Northbrook.
